Our forged cutlery has a full tang (the part of the metal that extends into the handle), so you're guaranteed extra strength and perfect balance. Special bolsters make a smooth transition from the handle to evenly distribute the weight. The ergonomic, pakkawood handles provide a comfortable grip and control. Includes a carving knife, carving fork, and wood storage case with magnetic closure. The knife is 13¼" (33.5 cm) overall with an 8" (20-cm) blade. The fork is 10" (25 cm) overall with 4½" (12-cm) tines. The knife and fork are hand wash only. The storage box can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and dried thoroughly as needed.
