The tool's holes have been machined and honed to make fine, clean cuts. The punches are oil-quenched tool steel that have been drawn for hardness and durability. The base is case-hardened and ground. You can cut soft sheet up to 18ga.

We recommend 1 or 2 pound brass hammer as well as using cutting lube to keep dies lubricated. Base measures 5 inch in diameter. Inch sizes: 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 3/4", 13/16", 7/8", 1". Millimeter sizes: 3, 4.75, 6.35, 8, 9.5, 11, 12.7, 14.3, 16, 17, 19, 20.6, 22, 25. On large orders of 5 or more items will do better than that.
